The Lonesome Travelers
Many of the cast members of the show Lonesome Traveler are also a part of a band called “The Lonesome Travelers,” which is available for booking for concert appearances, and performances at folk or other music festivals and special events. The band has a wide repertoire of folk songs. Many of the talented artists are also singer/songwriters who have written original songs in the Americana style.
Concert performances are distinguished from the production of Lonesome Traveler. Concerts are performed without “period” costumes and the artists are performing as themselves, and not as characters. Backdrops may be employed, but not sets, per se. Also, “The Lonesome Travelers” may perform in smaller numbers or with added musicians, depending on the occasion and need.
